Please review our policies thoroughly. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement with Kai Kicks’ policies and you will be bound by these Terms Of Service. Kai Kicks reserves the right to modify these Terms Of Service at any time without prior notice. Please review the Terms Of Service every time you use www.kaikicks.com.

Under no circumstances shall Kai Kicks be liable for any direct/indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website.

Please review our policy for Returns and Shipping before purchasing any merchandise on www.kaikicks.com.

Kai Kicks reserves the right to deny or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment Options

We accept payment through Stripe as well as PayPal. In addition to Apple Pay, Stripe allows Kai Kicks to accept the following cards:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • Discover

Kai Kicks does not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Exchanges

Kai Kicks does not allow any exchanges.

Returns

All sales are final. Kai Kicks does not allow any returns. Also, no refunds or warranties are provided on any of our merchandise. All items are sold "as is". It will be the responsibility of the buyer to determine condition of items and to ask any questions prior to purchase. Opinions on condition of items can vary between seller and buyer. Kai Kicks will not be held responsible, unless required by applicable law, for any damages, which may include any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Please note:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Authenticity

Authenticity is guaranteed. All of the merchandise Kai Kicks sells comes from either authorized retailers or other reputable shops. Rest assured that everything Kai Kicks sells is authentic.

Verification & Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. The billing and shipping address must be the same and we will not ship to any unconfirmed addresses.

Kai Kicks ships Monday through Friday, 9am to 3:30pm HST. Your order will ship from our store within one business day from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipments are sent via USPS Priority and will require an adult signature. Currently, Kai Kicks only ships within the United States.

Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions. 

Lost Package

In the event your parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not Kai Kicks, to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Kai Kicks is not liable to refund or resend your order. 

Kai Kicks reserves the right to refuse the package and / or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements.
